Welcome to my digital corner of the world

WORDS are the most amazing thing on the planet I think – I love them.  Maybe it’s the letters themselves I love – for the infinite potential in each one of them, the endless possibilities they possess, the power inherent in them.

I love Scrabble and Bananagrams and it never ceases to astonish me how letters form words and words express thoughts and convey emotions and how simply re-arranging the letters  changes everything!  The combinations are endless and the incredible database in our brains that manages it all defies comprehension. 

From time to time my fingers get itchy to attempt to make sense of my thoughts, emotions, reflections, experiences . . . to bring clarity to something that is puzzling or troubling . . . thinking about it isn’t enough.  I need the structure of words, combined in an orderly fashion to solidify the thoughts,  to facilitate the process.  And sometimes it’s from a desire to share . . . to give, to create . . . a discovery or insight or bit of humor.

This space is one of my spaces to do that in and I share it with you with humility, with the hope that you won’t judge me and the hope that you might  find a tidbit here and there that resonates with your life experience and weaves a connection in some way, with someone, in the web of our shared  humanity.
